All orders for UK are subject to VAT @20%. This is included in the prices shown. You will recieve a VAT total in the shopping cart when checking out. Orders shipped outside EU are VAT free but there may be taxes to pay upon import into your country.

Our UK Courier delivery service is provided by DPD Local for £6.99 and DHL for £7.99. You can choose your preference on checkout but there may only be one option in certain areas or with certain items in your basket.
* Liquids and Aerosols can't be sent via Royal Mail or DHL. Royal Mail 2nd Class has a weight limit of 2kg.
Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been despatched, you should receive your order the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays.
Orders received by us after 4pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday.

Customers in the following DPD derived locations cannot be shipped on a Next Day service, and instead go via DPD on a 2 day service at an addtional cost determined by your shopping cart value and weight:
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders must be placed by 4pm, Monday - Friday to ensure next working day delivery. We will send your order using your chosen DPD or DHL Tracked service. With DPD you will be able to leave instructions if you would like your parcel left in a safe place.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
Orders placed after 4pm will arrive the second working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will arrive the second working day. There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays. Delivery times and dates are subject to our service provider DPD & DHL. If you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode, Next Day Delivery is not available and Standard Delivery may be subject to an additional 1-2 delivery days.
You can track your parcel online via the DPD or DHL website.
A signature will be required on receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you are unable to sign for the goods, the driver will leave a calling card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery time.
Tracking your delivery with DHL:
Orders where express delivery is chosen are sent using DHL Express. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-2 day transit time (Australia 3 days).
Cut off time for shipping on a same day is 4pm (GMT).
The indicated delivery times are general time frames. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the estimated delivery times.
CUSTOM FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
Custom fees and taxes for international shipments might be a subject to duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
Car Builder Solutions cannot control or predict these charges, it is the client's responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, or we receive your parcel back due to the fees not being paid, Car Builder Solutions reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.
You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process.
On Demand Delivery (ODD)
Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;
In addition orders under 2kg will be offered Signed-for Airmail. This is generally a reliable service but can be slow and far reach can take up to 3 weeks
NOTE: We cannot ship Aerosols/Pressurised containers outside the EU. EU Shipments will be via courier and can involve high costs. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays with deliveries as they may be out of our immediate control. We will try and keep you informed of any delays to our delivery services.
Returns must be within 14 days, in as new condition, and include retail packaging. We cannot refund goods cut from a roll or sheet.
Please include a copy of your invoice and, if possible, email email@example.com to let us know what is being returned and why. If you are unable to email us, please state the reason for return on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on inspection of returned goods. A handling charge of 10% may be levied on goods returned after 14 days, or items returned in poor condition.
