A handy, budget tool for making single flares in thin wall brass, copper and aluminium tubing.
Accepts 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" O.D. tube.
Also included is a pipe cutter for 1/8" to 1-1/8" dia tube and three tube bending springs for 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" dia. tube.
NOTE: LUBRICATE ALL THREADS AND TUBE END LIBERALLY.
This tool will flare steel Bundy tube as supplied with our wiper motor kits.
Make the flare in stages, gradually moving the tube out of the clamp a millimetre at a time.
We don't recommend this item for brake pipe.
