POR-15 Self-Etching Primer is not a high-build primer but is sprayable or
can be brushed on steel, aluminium, stainless, brass and almost any painted surface.
It can be top-coated in 15 - 30 minutes. It bonds well to POR-15 Rust Preventive Paint,
and all topcoats bond well to this Self-Etching Primer.
It can be sanded lightly, and, if desired, multiple coats may be applied.
